The author Will Brink is a trained sports nutrition and supplementation expert and not some fly by night operator out to cheat you of your money.

Will Brink's 'Body Building Revealed' has been backed by top fitness experts (including Tom Venuto who I will mention later on) due to the amount of great information and research that went into making it.

Body Building Revealed is one of the best reads ever written on the subject of gaining lean muscle mass.

His latest ebook "Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle" (one of my favourites) is a complete weight loss program that busts common myths about fat loss, diet and training.

It includes valuable chapters on setting goals, weight training for weight loss and the best cardio exercises.




A really helpful section is the one on foods that burn fat when eaten in the right quantities. The book doesn't advocate unwarranted use of supplements and is therefore a perfect guide for those looking to build muscle without spending too much money on supplements.

I would say this book is more suited for the advance level people as there are many advance topics in this book, but if you are dedicated and up for a challenge this is the program for you!!

Jeff Anderson's "Optimum Anabolics"

In his ebook Optimum Anabolics, Anderson has outlined some far out concepts that turn traditional bodybuilding ideas on its head.

He's elaborated radical theories like pre-exhausting big muscle groups and working supersets to build up muscle.

He also shows you the right way out when you hit a plateau. This eBook gives you excellent value for money.

This is also one of my favourites but again is more for the advance level people as he goes through various techniques that will be hard for beginners to do. But as with Tom Venuto's book, if you are dedicated and up for a challenge this is the program for you!!
